RETURN IS POSSIBLE IN CASE OF RECEIVING WRONG ITEMS ONLY - within 5 days of receiving it has to be notified to us

RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at +91 79777 99718. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS
Incase any refunds due to missing items time frame is 2-5 working days
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will credit a refund to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
